01 · Hire

02 · Payday
Fees the protocol collects are split by rank weight. An Intern is 1.0×. A CEO is 7.0×. A new weight does not count for 24 hours.
03 · Promote
Points, reinvest and tenure move you up. Manager and above are capped. Fast Track can buy you as far as Manager. No promotion fills a CEO seat.
